Dr. Emily Pratt is a licensed naturopathic doctor and the founder of Nourish Health Clinic in Kelowna, British Columbia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Northern British Columbia before completing her naturopathic medical training at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine.
Since entering private practice in 2012, Dr. Pratt has developed a reputation for combining evidence-based medicine with individualized patient care. In addition to her clinical practice, she has worked extensively with the Pure North S’Energy Foundation, providing preventative and chronic disease care to underserved and remote communities throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
Dr. Pratt has completed advanced training in pharmaceutical prescribing, bioidentical hormone therapy, intravenous nutrient therapy, neural prolotherapy, and neural therapy. She is certified by the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) in intrauterine device (IUD) insertions and provides comprehensive women’s health services, including contraception counselling and hormone management.
Her clinical interests include hormone health, menopause and perimenopause, weight management, fertility, thyroid disorders, digestive health, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, dermatology, and integrative approaches to complex chronic disease. She is particularly passionate about helping patients identify and address the underlying factors contributing to their health concerns while integrating the best available evidence from both conventional and naturopathic medicine.
Dr. Pratt is currently completing a Fellowship in Functional Psychiatry, further expanding her expertise in the assessment and treatment of conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, cognitive health concerns, and the connection between mental and physical health.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Pratt is actively involved in professional leadership and regulation. She serves on committees with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia, contributing to the advancement of professional standards and public protection within the healthcare system.

Brittany Skusek is a Registered Nurse, Yoga and Breathwork Teacher with over 10 years of experience in acute care nursing. She has studied around the world in various forms of holistic healing therapies, and her passion lies in weaving the science and western medical approaches, with alternative therapies to help people navigate through life with more ease, grace and love.
Laura is a Registered Nurse with 14+ years of experience, most of which have been in the Operating Room. Over the last ten years she has sought out further education and personal experiencing in the realm of natural and holistic health, which has led her to work in Naturopathic care here in Kelowna over the last two years. She understands firsthand the importance of a multidisciplinary, collaborative, and inclusive approach to healthcare.
She has a passion for assisting in providing care that supports the roots of wellness and strives to create an atmosphere of gentleness, kindness, and compassion. She believes in the innate healing power of the mind-body-spirit and that it is a sign of strength and wisdom to ask for help when we feel we may have reached the limits of our current capacity.
Laura enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing and skiing. She has an eclectic range of nature-inspired art hobbies and loves making whole-foods-plant-based meals at home with her partner.
